Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receiving payment verification. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.

  2. Shipping Methods and Rates: We offer standard shipping services through reputable carriers. The shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package. Please note that any applicable taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Only U.S (domestic) orders qualify for free shipping promotions.  

  3. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track the progress of your shipment using the provided tracking number.

  4. Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected and the destination. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may affect delivery times. We do our best to provide accurate estimates, but they are not guaranteed.

  5. Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to U.S mainland, Hawaii & Canada. If your shipping address is located outside these areas, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

  6. Order Modifications and Address Changes: Once an order has been placed, changes or modifications cannot be made. It is important to review your shipping address carefully during checkout. In case of an address error or change, please contact our customer support immediately. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be accommodated once the order has been shipped.

  7. Lost or Damaged Packages: We take great care in packaging and ensuring the safe delivery of your order. However, in the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and assist you in any way possible.

  8. International Shipping: For international orders, please be aware that additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs policies and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy:


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Biscuit Brand. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience. Please review the following guidelines:


1. Eligibility:

   - To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.

   - Certain items, such as intimate apparel, swimwear, personalized products, preowned items, or distressed clothing, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons. Please check the product description or contact our customer support for more information.


2. Timeframe:

   - You may initiate a return within 10 days of receiving your order. After the specified period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or process refunds.

   - Please notify us of your intention to return the item by contacting our customer support.


3. Return Process:

   - To initiate a return, please follow the instructions provided by our customer support team.

   - Carefully package the item to ensure its safe return during transit.

   - Include the original receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.


4. Return Shipping:

   - The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or defective item).

   - We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit.


5. Refund Process:

   - Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

   - If the return is approved, we will process the refund in the form of Biscuit Brand store credit. Store credits do not expire. 


6. Exchanges:

   - At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

   - If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any associated return shipping costs. Please note that distressed items will not be considered under the clause “Damaged”.
